About the Owner
Impossible Mission Inspection was founded on a simple principle: high-level, proactive inspections should be accessible to every business, regardless of size.
Our mission is to provide the highest standard of inspection services and consulting with a level of transparency and efficiency often lost in large corporate environments. In a time of rising prices and economic uncertainty, businesses need to maximize their assets and minimize unexpected costs. Our model is built to do just that.
As a lean sole proprietorship, you can be assured that I will be the only person you deal with, and I will personally be on every job. This means no overhead from fancy offices or corporate parties, which allows us to provide a more affordable and straightforward service. My unique background provides a holistic understanding of your needs, enabling me to offer a more comprehensive and effective service than you’ll find anywhere else.
Our business is built on a foundation of ethical and transparent billing. Having worked in the field for years, I saw firsthand how clients were billed for every minute of a crew’s time, often including breaks. We believe in doing business differently. If I need to step away from a job for a phone call or a short break, you will not be charged for that time. Our goal is to ensure you are only paying for the productive, on-site time that directly benefits your project. To further maximize your value, I arrive on every job with my full suite of gear, ensuring we are ready for a wide range of inspection requirements
About Impossible Mission Inspection
I founded Impossible Mission Inspection after spending a decade in the inspection field, following an almost equal number of years in fabrication and quality control. This dual background provides a unique perspective. I’ve been on both sides of the clipboard, which allows me to be a more effective and collaborative inspector. My inpsection career took me from a helper to an API inspector and eventually to a site supervisor at one of the safest and most diverse bitumen mines in the oil sands. During that time, I had the privilege of working with and leading crews from every continent, and I was an active member of multiple safety and leadership committees, helping to drive change and improve processes.
My experience has prepared me for nearly any challenge. I am comfortable inspecting equipment in 120-foot towers, working on massive haul trucks and power shovels, or crawling through piping the size of a tunnel. With a foundation built on my time as a former CGSB certified inspector, my expertise lies in working to exacting tolerances and ensuring the integrity of complex equipment, from apartment-sized boilers to intricate fuel systems.
After years working on major projects across Western Canada, I realized that this level of expertise wasn’t readily available to many local businesses. My mission with Impossible Mission Inspection is to close that gap. My goal is to be a collaborative partner for local industries, providing them with the same high-level inspection experience and proactive advice typically reserved for major operations.
